I was given a price of $352 with 15% off for my declined service from my oil change. I sent my daughter up for the service and she was charged $582.05. This is a classic bait and switch and highly inappropriate. I tried calling the service dept 2 times after she left and was told they were in a meeting and second time they couldn’t get ahold of service. They said they would give them the message. No one called back. Talked to the service manager on Monday at about 11am and was very unapologetic and full of excuses and still haven’t seen my credit or heard anything back. This will be on Facebook and instagram as this is the second time this has happened here. This is classic bait and switch. Highly unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card if this isn’t resolved. I have the emailed cost and discount to make the whole charge go away as fraud.

After researching what happened, it looks like the original quote was missing the parts costs (Not your fault) that is where the discrepancy happened. Scheduled my Envista for oil and filter and tire rotation. Service advisor Morganne identified a problem and after discussing it with me scheduled it for coverage during the same visit. Further investigation indicated part replacement & she initiated the order and will call when part is available. All this and got the car back in just about an hour. Morganne and the Technicians did a 5 star service.

Nate was my service contact. He got me right in for an engine light/ AC problem. While there Nate checked to see if other standard maintenance was due. He found me in the waiting room and we went over his recommendations. Having an older car and understanding maintenance is critical, I asked him to get it done. It was mid-afternoon and too late to complete the list. But before noon the next day, Nate called, the car was ready! I have put some miles on since then and everything is working as it should, especially the A/C ! This is not my first visit to Eagle Buick, I have had my other Buick serviced there. My rear door is showing open, made an appointment to get this fixed. Asked if they had the sensor as it is obviously reading incorrectly. I had looked up where the sensor was and it said it was in the door latch. I was told to order from the parts department prior to my visit. I did.. when I brought my truck in for the appointment, the latch was replaced but the problem was not corrected. Nothing was done to diagnose the issue I was just charged for the latch and work (over $500) and told I would need to come back. I was also told that the door would need to be cleaned before they would even look at my issue. I am disgusted with this scenario and will need to be dealing with it again on Friday.

The process for getting an oil/filter change is very efficient and effective. The only concern is when you schedule an oil/filter change it still takes 1.5hrs or longer. In my opinion, to be competitive with other service centers such as take 5, the oil/filter change should not take longer than 30 minutes...other than the timing issue I am very pleased with the service provided.

Excellent service from sales to service! I was experiencing some issues with the car and I called to make an appointment but, was informed they didn't have an opening. I was informed that I could come in and they could possibly work me in but that it could take a while. This was the worse news I could receive as I was getting ready to drive to Maine to spend the holiday with family. To my suprise my car was immediately taken in to be diagnosed, the problem corrected and I was on my way in a short time. Kudos to the service department for a job well done!

Although I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation, I still had to wait 2 hours for the car to be serviced. That really is not the kind of service I expect from Buick.
